Villas for connecting with nature

There are only six villas on the 9,200 m² property, all of which are reserved for private use.
The distinctive, heavenly shape of the villas is designed
to allow guests to fully enjoy Niseko’s natural beauty.
Large windows look out onto a beautiful birch forest,
and gentle sunlight illuminates the rooms throughout the day.
The walls and ceilings are also richly lined with wood, allowing you
to feel the natural surroundings even when you are indoors.
All of this luxurious space is designed for guests seeking a relaxing time away from everyday life.

FLOOR PLAN

The spacious 118m² two-story villa is a luxurious hotel-like space with air-conditioning and heating, and has a bathroom and two double beds on the first floor, and a kitchen, living and dining area on the second floor. A refrigerator is provided, and you are free to bring your own groceries.

All six buildings have the same layout, but additional beds can be made available depending on the building. Enjoy the view of Niseko’s beautiful nature through the large windows of the bedrooms.
