December to March, at ANDARU COLLECTION NISEKO.
You can choose from a wide-ranging menu to suit your mood on that day.
meli melo is a French restaurant from Sapporo, Hokkaido, by Chef Hironori Sato. The restaurant uses ingredients grown in the rich natural environment of Hokkaido, and it won a star in the Hokkaido Michelin Guide 2017 for its Japanese contemporary French cuisine. Please enjoy that cuisine as a special experience with a seating capacity of eight seats per day.

ARISTART COFFEE got its start as a coffee stand in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It has presently grown into a cafe and restaurant that is very popular domestically and overseas. This winter in NISEKO, the cafe and restaurant will, in addition to its usual restaurant menu selection, offer a personalized menu selection to meet your wishes.
