Winter Season Operation at Restaurant “ULTIMO”
We are pleased to announce the commencement of reservations for the winter season operation at Restaurant “ULTIMO,” which will run from December 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
Our establishment is an authentic Italian dining experience, offering the rich flavors of Italy. With Chef’s dedication to his craft and warm hospitality, we welcome you with open arms.
Our chef, a professional with experience in Italy, meticulously selects the finest ingredients to recreate the authentic taste of Italy. Our menu changes daily, allowing us to offer Chef’s recommended courses tailored to the day’s fresh ingredients.
The popular summer lunch has been revamped for the winter season, offering a choice of main courses starting at ¥3,800 per person.
For dinner, we base our offerings on Italian cuisine, selecting fresh seasonal ingredients, and Chef himself curates a unique course for your dining pleasure. A full course of 5 items: amuse, appetizer, pasta, main, and dessert, starting at ¥19,000 per person.
Both lunch and dinner are open to non-hotel guests.
Furthermore, our wine cellar is stocked with carefully selected wines from around the world by our sommelier, considering their compatibility with the dishes. Enjoy authentic Italian wines while savoring your meal.
